About position

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer for a public healthcare institution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Jenkins
  • Familiarity with container orchestration environments such as Docker Swarm and Kubernetes
  • Experience working in a Linux environment

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Practical skills and knowledge in areas covered by the Terms of Reference (ToR)
  • Work experience exceeding the number of years required in the ToR
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Prometheus
  • Experience working with Kubernetes container management environment
  • Knowledge of and experience with Bitbucket
  • Knowledge of and experience with JFrog Artifactory or Harbor
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for configuration management automation, such as Ansible or Puppet
  • Practical knowledge of Bash and Python for process automation and infrastructure work

Your responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker Swarm and Kubernetes
  • Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of Linux-based infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as Zabbix or Prometheus
  • Automate infrastructure management and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible or Puppet
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support application deployment and maintenance processes
  • Manage and maintain version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket) and artifact repositories (e.g., JFrog Artifactory or Harbor)
  • Write and maintain automation scripts in Bash and Python to streamline operational tasks and improve system efficiency
  • Participate in the analysis and implementation of technical requirements as defined in the Terms of Reference (ToR)
  • Contribute to improving DevOps processes, best practices, and system architecture within the organization
