Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer with Power Automate

About position

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, who will contribute to building modern AI agents that support business processes and end users in large organizations.
You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the developed solutions – from design and configuration, through testing and deployment, to integration with broader enterprise systems.
Your work will have a real impact on the automation and optimization of processes in environments with high demands for security, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in process automation and/or AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio – creating and configuring agents
  • Experience with Power Automate – designing complex automation flows
  • Knowledge of Python for automation and basic AI use cases
  • Familiarity with Power Platform ecosystem: Power Apps, Dataverse
  • Understanding of basic Natural Language Processing (NLP) and agent-based design
  • Ability to work with REST APIs, including Microsoft Graph
  • Knowledge of security and scalability principles in enterprise environments
  • Understanding of cloud architecture – Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps and “Everything-as-Code” approach

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of API authorization methods (e.g., API key, OAuth)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK
  • Ability to rapid prototype GenAI / agentic AI solutions
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics in the context of AI integrations
  • Experience with AI security testing tools and frameworks
  • Background in consulting or working as a technical advisor for clients

Your responsibilities

  • Creating, configuring, and deploying AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Designing and developing integrations with Power Automate and embedding agents in Power Apps
  • Building and maintaining custom connectors to enable agent communication with external systems and data sources
  • Supporting Conversational AI features – providing data, improving language interactions, testing response effectiveness
  • Optimizing and debugging agents and workflows – performance, security, availability
  • Working in an enterprise environment – ensuring compliance with cloud architecture, security, and integration standards
  • Collaborating with product teams and clients on the development of agent features and AI solutions within Microsoft 365
