Engagement models

Long-term product support

Connected devices need care after launch. We provide security patches, monitor components listed in the SBOM, and plan redesigns when parts go end-of-life. This is also how we support CRA obligations over the support period and the modernization of older products.

IP and NDA

We sign an NDA before technical deep-dives. Ownership of deliverables — source code, schematics and documentation — is defined in the contract before work starts.

• Versioned releases with change logs and SBOM
